Exhibitor Move-Out (Option #2)
The expo hall will remain open all day Thursday and Friday, however, only times listed are dedicated trade show periods. It is important to note that outside of the dedicated trade show times, sessions and other events will be happening. Exhibiting companies may choose to man their booths during these times, but this is at their discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: The trade show hall is not carpeted, you will be able to reserve carpet and other booth items from Shepard Exposition Services through the Exhibitor Services Kit (coming soon).
Payment/Cancellation Policy
All registration payments will be required by the start of the event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to donna@a4le.org. There is a $150 processing fee for all cancellations, NO refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 10, 2025.
