Each additional Experience Center only badge is $375. Does not include: Opening Celebration, any sessions or workshops, tours, keynotes, awards ceremony or facility tours. To attend these, you will need to register as a full conference attendee.
Space size: 10’ x 10’ ($16-$23 per SQ FT), not carpeted.
Spaces must be paid for in full by September 30, 2026 or they will be released.
Cut-off date to register for an Experience Center space is October 15, 2026.

The Experience Center will remain open all day Thursday and Friday, however, only times listed are dedicated Experience Center periods. It is important to note that outside of the dedicated times, sessions and other events will be happening. Exhibiting companies may choose to man their spaces during these times, but this is at their discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: The Experience Center hall is not carpeted, you will be able to reserve carpet and other booth items from Shepard Exposition Services through the Exhibitor Services Kit (coming soon).
Payment/Cancellation Policy
All registration payments will be required by the start of the event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to donna@a4le.org. There is a $150 processing fee for all cancellations, NO refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 30, 2026.
