Rachel champions generational equity in education. In 2021, she founded Harrah LLC, connecting space design to educational outcomes in fine arts, special education, athletics, and CTE. With experience as Director of Theatre, Dance, and Drill at Dallas ISD, Rachel advocates for aligning learning environments with specific outcomes. Recognized with multiple awards, she serves on various boards, including A4LE North Texas Chapter. Above all, she and her husband, Albert, are dedicated to raising their two formidable and kind children.

Beverly is an Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager at Corgan’s Dallas office, and a registered architect in the State of Texas. With 17 years of experience in educational architecture, she specializes in spaces that inspire creativity and connection. As Vice President of the A4LE Southern Region Board, Beverly is a recognized leader in student-centered design and plays a key role on Corgan’s Education Studio in guiding the design of innovative learning environments that prioritize faculty wellness, cognitive development, and community engagement—resulting in spaces that are both inspiring and future-ready.
