AIA CEU:

ABSTRACT:
This course is designed to provide you with an understanding of the challenges and requirements associated with the installation of resilient and hybrid resilient floor coverings as it relates to maintenance cost associated with applied finish (waxes). We will review new and renovation installation of flooring, maintenance process variables between floor types, and cost impacts of different flooring types as it relates to Life Cycle Cost Assessments (LCCA).

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
#1: Understand current research performed, who performed it, how it was funded and how AND why it is credible.
#2: How applied coatings effect cost of ownership and the environmental impact of floor wax strippers.
#3: Flooring types that have inherent finishes how that impacts cost of ownership and reduction in cost due to lower labor cost.
#4: Conclusions and recommendations.
